Refund Policy

SwimWise AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including if you simply change your mind.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@swimwise.dev and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lesson plans you have already saved remain available while your account is open.

If anything is unclear, or a charge looks wrong, contact support@swimwise.dev and we will look into it. Paddle also handles billing enquiries and returns on our behalf.
